We’re a large NHS Mental Health Trust in South East England. We’re looking for people to help us provide high quality services for the patients, carers and local communities we serve.
We want patients and staff to recommend our organisation as a place where they would be happy for their friends and family to be treated. You can help us do this by bringing your skills, experience and commitment to Sussex Partnership.
We welcome and appreciate every application that we receive but regret that we are unable to advise every candidate if they have not been shortlisted. If you have not heard from us within three weeks of the closing date then it is likely that you have not been shortlisted on this occasion, however please do not be discouraged from applying again.
In the event of an excessive number of applicants the Trust does reserve the right to close this vacancy earlier than indicated.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated our services good, following their most recent inspection, and outstanding in the caring domain.
Sussex Partnership Trust is embarking on the implementation of its Clinical Strategy. This is critical in enabling the Trust to achieve the national five year forward view for Mental Health Services. The strategy also outlines the type and range of clincial services we want to offer by 2020, along with the partnerships we want to form and the clinical practise we want to see.
In order to achieve this strategy, the Trust is looking to bring about a significant change in the way that information is used throughout the organisation and is investing heavily in and analytics over the next three years. This investment has been made possible as the Trust has been accepted as a Global Digital Excemplar Fast Follower. This programme will help support the Trust to achieve our ambition to become a national leader in IT and analytics.
